These terms govern the use of P.I.C.T.H.E.L.O.O.K. safety compliance services, signage systems, and hazard labeling solutions under the Nigerian Factories Act. By accessing our platform, you accept these conditions.
P.I.C.T.H.E.L.O.O.K. provides visual safety signaling kits, hazard labeling systems, and safety signage compliance packs for commercial and industrial workspaces. All products and services are designed to align with the Nigerian Factories Act (Cap F1, LFN 2004) and relevant GHS standards. We do not offer legal certification or regulatory audit representation.
You agree to use all signage, labels, and kits strictly according to the provided installation and inspection guides. You must verify that the selected products match your specific hazard environment and local regulatory requirements. Misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to maintain signage legibility voids any implied warranty.
P.I.C.T.H.E.L.O.O.K. shall not be held liable for injuries, fines, or penalties resulting from improper installation, incomplete hazard identification, or failure to comply with site-specific regulations. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service giving rise to the claim. No consequential damages are accepted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to digital tools (label generators, compliance checklists) if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Termination does not affect your obligation to pay for delivered physical products. Upon termination, you must cease using any proprietary content or software provided.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in legislation, product offerings, or operational practices. We will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos State, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. For legal inquiries, contact: info@picthelook.com.
